Harbour Investment Appoints CEO and CSO for Schades, Omeko & R+S Group
Hannover, Germany – May 31, 2023
We are pleased to announce that from June 1, 2023, Mr. Jun Park will take over the position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Mr. Jack Hugill takes over as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) for Schades, Omeko & R+S Group.
These are two key people who are already part of the group, whose expertise we look forward to benefiting from even more. They have years of experience within our industry and holds a deep knowledge of all companies and processes in our Group.
Jun Park
- Professional career started with Hansol Paper in 1991 and experienced several key positions in both domestic and overseas countries.
- General Manger for Hansol’s Canadian subsidiary (C-K Fibres, 1994 to 1997)
- President for Hansol America Inc. in USA (1997 to 2002)
- Director for Overseas Sales & Marketing, Hansol Paper in Korea (2003 to 2014)
- President for Hansol Europe B.V in Netherland (2014 to 2018) – CEO of Schades Group
- Sr. Director for Domestic Sales of P&W papers, Hansol Paper in Korea (2018 to 2019)
- CSO & CMO for Harbour Investment GmbH (2020 to present)

Jack Hugill
With over 30 year’s experience, Jack has been part of the team that took Schades Ltd from a small player to the leading Company in the industry.
Utilising strategies, that enabled Schades Ltd. to become the first converter to attain ISO, FSC and BRC, maximise roll lengths and bring in cardboard cores and plastic free packaging enabling Schades to differentiate our offer in the marketplace to both the customer and Schades’ benefit.
